What you eat on an ordinary Tuesday matters far more than what you eat at the owambe.
Nobody's health was ruined by jollof at a wedding. It is the daily architecture that does it: bread and sugary tea at seven, fried everything at two, heavy swallow at eleven at night.
You do not need a foreign diet. Beans, plantain, vegetables, fish, less oil, less sugar, water instead of that third minerals. Our grandmothers ate well before anyone used the word wellness.
Change one meal, not all three. The one you eat most consistently is the one worth fixing first, and consistency is exactly where the damage was done.
Feed the body you intend to still be using in thirty years, not the one you have today.
Action
Replace one sugary drink today with water and notice what your afternoon feels like.
